General Support
SET-UP:
Set-up responsibilities would include arriving at the ALA campus around 4:00 PM the night of the event to help set-up tables, chairs, string lights, set out fire pits, and any other necessary event preparation.
FOOD PREPARATION:
Food preparation will consist of cooking meat in crockpots, grilling, chopping and dicing, lettuce, tomatoes, etc., and assisting as needed with any food preparation.
SERVING:
Servers will help keep buffets lines stocked with food, keep buffet tables tidy, clear away trash from tables and offering general dining room assistance.
CLEAN-UP:
Clean-up volunteers will help at the close of the event with putting up tables and chairs, taking out the trash, sweeping, cleaning, loading, and offer other general clean-up assistance.
GENERAL SUPPORT:
General Support responsibilities could include, running errands, picking up materials, and offering general support during the days leading up to the dinner as well as the day of.
